Contact support

Email colt@jeytex.com. Include the email address on your AreaSift account and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Account help

For sign-in, email verification, password reset, or account access issues, contact support from the email associated with your AreaSift account when possible.

Billing help

For subscription, cancellation, checkout, or customer-portal questions, include the account email and the approximate date of the billing issue. Stripe handles payment processing for AreaSift web subscriptions.

Technical help

For map, location, saved-house, or export issues, include your device/browser, what you were doing, and any non-sensitive error message. Never send passwords, secret keys, or full payment information.
